Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Cache Stationery currently ships to the United States, including the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia, as well as mainland Canada.
Shipping Rates - United States
- Orders over US$65 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Orders under US$65 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of US$7.99.
Shipping rates - Canada
- Shipping cost to Canada is calculated at checkout, based on the weight and size of your order.
- If your order falls over the specified shipping weight classes or standard sizing, we will contact you with the final shipping costs for your approval before sending out the package.
Processing Time
Each order is packed by hand by our small team. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order ships.
During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If this applies to your order, we will provide an updated estimate at checkout or by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier processing.
Because all orders are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Customs and Import Duties
Cache Stationery ships to the United States and Canada using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
Standard customs duties and import taxes associated with the shipment are handled through the DDP shipping service. Customers should not be required to pay additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
International tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while a parcel is moving between carriers or being processed through customs. This does not necessarily indicate that the parcel is lost.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Because international parcels cannot always be intercepted or redirected after dispatch, Cache Stationery is not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may be able to reship it. Any additional shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Cache Stationery is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, postal services, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
